### 2/5 — Bluelink app not connecting to the car

*2025-11-13*

I have a creta 2024 model since August bluelink app is not getting synced with the car. SOS is also not getting connected in the car. I have contacted customer service many times but till now no resolution.

### 2/5 — App is slow to respond

*2025-09-26*

Bluelink link App is slow to respond with my 2025 Alcazar Signature. Most of the times, the commands sent are failed. Also, Hyundai & Kia are same companies but their App has totally different experience. With Kia UVO App, there is option to roll Windows up & down via remote, However this feature is not available in Bluelink App. I don’t find Bluelink experience with glitches & feature less App worth recommending for renewal. Hyundai needs to improve this buggy & feature less App.

### 1/5 — Not impressive at all from hyundai!

*2025-07-04*

I wonder how this app still rated 4.5 stars on app store as bluelink is super laggy, with no real features introduced in past 2years, wouldnt even show the basic vitals such as tire pressure in realtime or fuel mileage

Already hyundai has disappointed me with lack of wireless apple carplay (verna sx(o)) which is the top model and on top of it, the subscription needs to be renewed after 3years i guess.

The sim card (which i came to know is that of vodafone) is pretty useless in its own sense

### 1/5 — Disappointing Experience in New Verna

*2025-05-19*

I’ve been using Bluelink with my New Verna SX(O), and the experience so far has been quite underwhelming. Initially, the system was working but extremely slow—commands like remote start, lock/unlock and horn had significant delays. It felt more like a beta version than a fully developed feature in a premium car.

Unfortunately, it’s now completely stopped working. The app still shows the car as connected, but no commands work, and even the car’s location is being reported incorrectly. It’s frustrating to have such a feature advertised heavily but fail to deliver even basic functionality.

I expected better integration and support, especially in a top-end variant. Hope Hyundai addresses these issues with a meaningful update soon.

### 1/5 — Very slow

*2025-04-09*

The app is slow and lags behind other branded car apps. Commands take too long to execute, making the overall experience frustrating. Given the high subscription price, the features offered just don’t feel worth it. Needs serious performance and value improvements.

### 1/5 — Cannot login into app

*2025-04-08*

They suddenly launched an update which is asking for a login and password, the app never had a password how does someone logins now? None of the methods for forget passwords work anymore give the error no information available

### 1/5 — Bluelik services very poor and frustrating.

*2025-04-03*

Bluelink customer care support pathetic, frustrating. Tech team no clue for resolve issue. No response and mentally harassed customer. No single response. I recommend don't take services otherwise you regret to take services. They don't respect customer, even they not give you single response.

### 1/5 — Unable to login

*2025-03-17*

The app never had a real password. Just a passcode in general.

They suddenly launched an update which is asking for a login and password, the app never had a password how does someone logins now? None of the methods for forget passwords work anymore

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No repair only replacement.

*2026-07-11*

In my approximately 4 year old Creta , Bluelink stopped functioning “ Mobile network not available”. I am having validity of recharge till next year. I contacted customer care and service centre , every body suggesting change whole system worth 80 thousand, but no repair.

### 1/5 — Major Functionality issues in Bluelink

*2026-06-21*

★☆☆☆☆

BlueLink is unreliable for features that matter most. Remote start works, but the AC does not turn on, making cabin pre-cooling impossible. In addition, searching destinations by GPS coordinates returns incorrect and inconsistent addresses, which makes navigation difficult to trust.

These are core functions of a connected car app and should work correctly. Until these issues are fixed, the app falls short of expectations.

### 1/5 — AC is not turning on after update

*2026-06-07*

After recent update, when i start the car via app, AC do not turn on, just engine starts. It was working fine till yesterday. After update problem has started now. Please fix the issue ASAP.

### 1/5 — Finding location issue

*2026-05-11*

While searching within the bluelink lots of places don’t show-up but when searched on google maps i find the location and try share it with bluelink app but there isn’t a share option for it also while I directly search using co ordinates i am still unable to find the location so this makes the inbuilt navigation useless

### 1/5 — Third Grade Software

*2025-12-30*

It’s a very unreliable, cheap third party pathetic software with a very poor quality & a inbuilt SIM whose service provider is Vodafone Idea used in Hyundai CRETA which adds up the problem.

Don’t know why Hyundai has opted these kind of software & network service provider for India ?
Could have been much much better….

### 1/5 — A good app provided by the car manufacturer replaced by something that does not work

*2025-12-13*

I got my car delivery in 2023. I was told that the Hyundai blue Link is free for 3 years. Now I suddenly find myself logged out one year before the promised 03 year period and unable to log in back. Hyundai should not treat its customers in this way, otherwise it will surely erode the good will that it has earned over the years.

### 1/5 — Hyundai Digital Passport

*2025-12-04*

I enrolled in the Hyundai Digital Passport service and paid the nominal fee assuming it would provide a detailed and useful report. Instead, I discovered that the software is buggy and appears not tested for all scenarios.

I have been emailing and following up with the Bluelink team for nearly two months, but I have received no meaningful response other than repeated requests for my credentials.

My question is: why was such a buggy service released to customers for a fee? If the issue is known, why hasn’t the amount been reimbursed or the problem fixed?

Is this how customers are expected to be treated?

I am hoping for a concrete update from the team, rather than the standard “we are working on it” response I have repeatedly received over the last two months. The initial 3-month validity is now over, and at this rate I will be forced to re-enroll and pay again without ever receiving the service I paid for.

### 1/5 — Definitely need improvement

*2025-11-04*

Application need a massive revamping
1. Location of car must be in the Home Screen
2. Driving live data like speed, location, Fuel consumption kind of details are missing
3. Dual and triple user mode is not available
In total massive redesign is must

### 1/5 — 3yrs since complain but no mileage data recorded

*2025-10-29*

Hyundai is the worst when it comes to adding a feature. I had asked and mailed to include mileage data in trip detail 3 year back but they have always responded prerecorded email that currently it is not implemented.
That’s it. Zero accountability, zero innovation. Even after three year they dont provide the data. How difficult it is to capture?

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-08-24*

More often then not the commands sent from the app doesn’t work. Only sometimes they do.
End result, it’s more of a gimmick to show off to friends than a utility that can help.
Ability to drive away without the key & with the app would make it worthwhile.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — No updates

### 4/5 — Clear icon widget is not working

*2026-03-26*

Hi Team, please fix the clear icon widget. It’s completely white and not able to use it.

### 4/5 — Custom car colour

*2025-08-09*

The vehicle shown is a different colour than the colour I own. Can this be changed to depict the colour accurately or atleast give me the option to choose my colour.

### 3/5 — Car colour

*2026-08-26*

I am using an i20 N-Line and my car’s colour is Abyss Black. But after the previous update, the colour is defaulted to Thunder Blue. Hope this can be fixed and the user were provided with the colour of their cars or an option to choose the car colour.

### 3/5 — UI Enhancement & Add Odometer feature in App.

*2026-07-16*

Hi Team,

Everything is working perfectly in the app. However, we would like to suggest a few UI and feature improvements that could enhance the overall user experience.

1. Prevent accidental Remote Start

When checking the status of the car controls, a pop-up appears asking the user to acknowledge the message by clicking “Confirm.” Currently, the Remote Start button is positioned directly below the Confirm button. As a result, after tapping Confirm, users may accidentally tap the Start button within a fraction of a second, which unintentionally starts the car’s engine.

To avoid this, we recommend one of the following UI changes:

* Display the confirmation pop-up in the center of the screen without aligning it directly above the Start button.
* Alternatively, reposition the Remote Start button to another area of the screen to minimize the risk of accidental taps.

This small UI improvement would help prevent unintended remote engine starts and improve overall usability.

2. Display Odometer Reading in the App

It would also be very helpful if the app could display the vehicle’s odometer reading (total kilometers driven). Currently, this information is only available on the car’s instrument cluster.

Adding the odometer reading to the app would allow users to:

* View the total distance traveled remotely.
* Track vehicle usage more conveniently.
* Monitor service intervals without needing to be inside the vehicle.

These enhancements would make the app even more user-friendly and provide greater convenience to customers.

Thank you in advance.

### 3/5 — Car average details

*2025-10-12*

Can you add the average details on the Bluelink app. I can see the a lot of information but no average information. Would suggest you to add this view

### 2/5 — Feature Request: Better Access Control for Shared Users

*2026-06-19*

The Hyundai Bluelink app would greatly benefit from a more advanced user access management system.

Currently, when a vehicle is shared with another user, they can access most of the vehicle information and connected features. It would be much more useful if Hyundai introduced role-based access control with different permission levels.

Suggested Improvements:

• Primary User (Vehicle Owner/Admin)

* Full access to all vehicle data and Bluelink features.
* Ability to manage shared users and permissions.
* Access to complete trip history, vehicle location, health reports, service information, and remote controls.

• Secondary User (Driver/Family Member)

* Access only to their own trips, driving statistics, and usage history.
* No access to the Primary User’s trip history, location history, or personal vehicle data.
* Limited permissions based on settings selected by the Primary User.

• Permission Controls

* Toggle access for vehicle location.
* Toggle access for trip history.
* Toggle access for remote lock/unlock.
* Toggle access for remote start/stop.
* Temporary access sharing with automatic expiry.

This would significantly improve privacy, security, and usability for families, drivers, and shared vehicle owners while maintaining full control for the vehicle owner.

### 2/5 — Ac not turned on

*2026-06-12*

Using since 2021,but recent update have a glitch, start the engine works fine, but after start,ac is not turned on automatically….but with anroid it works fine
