## What is HYVOI?

HYVOI turns a tablet by the door into a simple check-in screen — and lets staff answer from their own phone too.

Someone walks past, answers one clear question with a single tap, and carries on. No account. No name. No form.

Managers set the question for each location, then see daily totals and trends. HYVOI keeps the focus on how a place is doing, so organisations can notice change early without watching individuals.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• One-tap check-ins on a shared wall screen
• Questionnaires that ask one question at a time, with Back, Skip and progress
• Staff QR check-in: scan a code and answer in HYVOI or in any web browser — no download needed
• QR codes stay live until a manager revokes them, so printed copies keep working through every edit
• Daily summaries, weekly trends and a browsable history
• PDF summaries to share with your team
• Secure screen pairing and a lockable kiosk mode
• English and Welsh, light and dark appearance, accessible layouts

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• One-tap answers contain no name or account, and are counted rather than recorded one by one
• Questionnaire answers are stored without names and only reported as part of a group — we call them confidential, not anonymous
• No GPS or location tracking
• No staff scores or rankings
• Data held in Europe

Built for hospitals, care homes, offices, schools, reception areas and any shared space where people come and go.
