This is junk ### 4/5 — Better than ever! *2020-05-08* I have used the former Notifi App for about three years now and it’s performance was horrible. At first the old app worked fine but quickly turned into garbage. It wouldn’t work at all unless I was at home on my WiFi. So, if I was out on the town I couldn’t check (Live) video action taking place at my home. Every time I checked on my phone it would say disconnected. My security camera doorbell was totally useless! Now, the new app HZ Connect is awesome and now my Notifi Elite doorbell camera works as intended. I love the new App. Thank you for correcting most of the problems with your App relating to the functioning of your products. The only issue I have now is the removal of the camera automatically recording and sending you alerts of suspicious activity at your residence. Now they want you to pay for all cloud storage recordings. This used to be free!!!! Bad move!!! But I’m still happy with the HZ connect App..... ### 2/5 — Took Away Feature I Initially Paid For *2020-05-07* Don’t like it, they took away the video recording feature to make money off of customers. Finally is back. Thanks ### 5/5 — Great App Update *2020-06-25, version 1.0.1* The new app update is very intuitive and easy to use. It now has a very cool multi camera view function that I’ve never seen in a mobile app for IoT. This allows you to see all of your cameras in one view! This is very helpful when you have multiple cameras. ### 5/5 — Heath zenith doorbell *2020-05-05* This new app appears to be full of bugs. These include having infrared sensor on during the day making the image overexposed and unusable. Also, the notifications are lacking even when one is right next to it. All settings have been checked and tweaked what can be tweaked. The old Notifi app was better but also not great. Thanks ### 4/5 — Delivery Alerts *2021-03-10* I love the video doorbell for its ability to give me alerts when a package is delivered. I do lose connection with it sometimes which is a bit frustrating but I can quickly get it going again and it’s it works fine. ### 4/5 — A lot of issues fixed *2020-09-07* notification on phone when someone rings the bell works now. No google home stream working yet. Wish i would get alert on watch that come to iphone notification center only. ### 4/5 — Not As Many Features as Before *2020-08-12* I have to say that I am not having as many issues as other users seem to be having. For the most part, I’m getting all my alerts and am able to live stream whenever I want. Although I do find it weird that randomly I’ll be missing a big chunk of the day sometimes. To be honest, The only issue I am currently having is that I can no longer update the “zones” that I want to have the motion detection. Any helpful ideas? When I click the button to access the zones it just times me out and doesn’t let me update. ### 4/5 — Updated app *2020-06-25* I find that this new updated app is a big improvement over the old one. I can now access my video doorbell without issues. The only negative comment that I have is that the movement detection, even set on low, is still too sensitive. This still needs some work.
