She especially enjoys the dance moves and the interactive games, which keep her excited and motivated every time she opens the app. She has also been really drawn to the new cooking videos. Seeing other kids teaching healthy meals makes it feel relatable and fun for her, and I appreciate that the meals focus on different aspects of health and wellness. It has even sparked conversations at home about making better food choices. One of her favorite features is the affirmation of the day. Knowing that these affirmations are written by students makes it even more meaningful.
