## What is I Am?

Some things need saying more than once.

I Am plays a single affirmation over soft, layered sound — spoken slowly, then left alone. The silence between each repeat is not empty space. It is the part where the words settle.

Choose a line from the library, or build the session yourself.

THIRTY-SIX AFFIRMATIONS, across peace, abundance, confidence, healing, love and receiving. Written to be short enough to hold in your mind.

TWO VOICES. Warm, close and unhurried — chosen after auditioning dozens, for how they sound on the fortieth repeat rather than the first.

FIVE SOUNDSCAPES, each composed in its own key, so every layer within one belongs with the others. Stillness is contemplative. Dawn is bright. Deep Water is dark and enveloping. Cathedral is wide. Ember is warm and close.

MIX IT WHILE IT PLAYS. Bring a layer up, push the voice back, widen the silence between repeats. Nothing is rendered in advance, so every control responds instantly — and a meditation you like takes a second to save.

OR DON'T. Tap Begin and the app chooses a soundscape that suits the affirmation. The player itself shows only the words, your breath and the time.

Wasn’t sure to pay but was worth it. Lots of good quality sounds and I can change the different sounds  if one part is too loud or if I don’t like seascape I can change it to something else
