Since the new system I can’t login online using a browser and when I use this stupid app I can’t download estatements.

Since the system was updated I m not able to login on the app it keep saying login failed....Guess what I’m able to login on the online site with the same password I’m using for the app....and when you call you get an automated system and if none of the options are for you it just says good bye and hangs up on you smfh
