This is a great app to help me build mental strength and to start believing in myself. So easy to use. Full of tremendously easy to find content. This app is a must for any young person who might be having a low moment, a down day or just feeling down. Love the way it helps young people track themselves and helps and encourages them to make small incremental well being changes for a more positive and balanced life. The younger self videos are amazing too.
