As soon as the allow allow Face ID comes up after log in it says user credentials are wrong! Then you start again, change password etc, try again to login it give an error saying you can’t register more than devices. However, over the past few months, the inconvenience caused by the lack of biometric authentication has been quite disappointing. Having to enter my password - and then an additional layer of password provision - every time has made using the app unnecessarily cumbersome. As a result, I now find myself avoiding the app altogether whenever possible. It would be greatly appreciated if the biometric authentication feature could be reinstated or improved soon. ### 1/5 — Worse than ever *2025-05-31, version 4.55.564* Cannot change account types. One thing I really don’t like about this new app - apart from the log in issues - is you can’t switch money between your own accounts without registering each as a new account.
