One thing about the app is it doesn’t accurately track your workouts for the week I.e you work out 4 times during the week but the app will only register 1 or 2 of those sessions, making it hard to accurately measure progress and journal each session. Ideally, maybe a minute to “glove up” (user should already have hand wraps) so that the user can transition from warmup exercises to bag exercises and be ready for the bag rounds. Then again, a small break for removing the gloves and continuing with the cooldown. ### 4/5 — Good workout, Room for improvement *2021-12-26* I like the workouts and constants variety especially after the new update. My problem with the app now is the rushes stretching and warm up portion at the beginning of some workout. They’re so rushed to the point they should be included and the sound of the bell after every rushed stretch is also annoying. I signed up early on when it was 15.99 for 3 months and idk at what point I started getting charged 15.99 monthly.
