There are times I want to read a website without the hyperbolic "news" of day. It delivers on that. This is the first Safari extension I've seen that lets you target specific keywords displayed in a link. If you want to see how much you are blocking, you can choose "redact." If you want a cleaner webpage, you can choose "hide." The extension can be configured to work on only specific websites if you choose. The Interface is wonderfully straightforward and easy to use.
