An app that gatekeeps 95% of the content behind a paywall can’t make an update experience that is seamless and simple like every single other app that exists on the App Store. Great way to get people to uninstall your app for good. Thanks for nothing

I’m sorry the app update frustrated you — that’s definitely not the experience I want you to have. I’d love to understand what exactly felt broken or confusing about the update process, so I can fix it.

Just to clarify: around 80% of the app’s content is actually free, and only a smaller portion is behind a paywall — clearly we didn’t communicate this well enough, and that’s on me.
