App information says language includes English but I cannot seem to change it from the default Spanish. Old login details don’t appear to work either. Frustrated hence only 1 star

Qué Iberdrola es una empresa que se ha enriquecido a base de vaciar embalses y de especular con la energía y no por un servicio ejemplar?. Pues esta app y su servicio web exactamente les representan. (Por fortuna esta app es gratis) Más de una semana y nada que tengo acceso al servicio que están obligados a prestar ya que los usuarios necesitan comprobar sus lecturas y su consumo de potencia. Este remedo de app y su servicio desde navegador no dan acceso. Acaso no es automático y tienen detrás cientos de empleados mal pagos revisando las solicitudes de acceso? O tienen prioridad los que tienen como comercializadora Iberdrola? El caso es que después de llamarles y enviarles email y no se soluciona el problema siguiendo todos los pasos.

Más de 300 megas de incompetencia digital. Ejemplo destacado de cómo escribir una aplicación gigante que además es increíblemente lenta, que olvida los settings y que va en contra del usuario. Enhorabuena por proporcionar un ejemplo para los libros de texto de cómo NO producir una app.

Useless if you don’t have a Spanish mobile number as it won’t accept mobile numbers from other countries. As it sends a number to your phone during registration (why?) it’s useless for me, and many other expats.

This app is a great improvement to the old Iberdrola app. I’m using it all the time. If you send them your NIE certificate so they can identify you. You get to see your consumption in real time. Great for helping you use the energy at the lowest rate and times.

As the cheapest rate, cheap rate, dearer rate & rip-off rates are changing on 01/06/2021 thought it might be a good idea to update the app on my Spanish phone. Although it looks as clear as mud only time will tell if the app works with the 4 different charges. Watch this space as they say !!!

I’ve no problem downloading this App in English. The annual consumption graphs clearly show that I’ve been contracted for years to a much higher potential than required. Reduction requested. Recommended.
