Also doesn’t let you create a new session from a old practice. However, it wouldn't recognise my FAN number as a member of the licenced coaches club and also then took £19.99 from me without giving me access to the additional practices. There doesn't appear to be anyone supporting this app as I sent a support request through 2 months ago and heard nothing. Still £20 out of pocket. I took the plunge today and paid for full access at a cost of £11 ish for six months - what a massive mistake! I spent all evening creating a practise which consisted of five slides, all with detailed plans of tomorrow’s football session. I saved after each slide was created. When I tried to create a session from this I had to choose another practice to go with it (even though I did not need to to because it was all in one practice session) and then was dismayed that only the initial slide was saved (even though earlier I checked and they were all there - I flicked through them all). On top of that, the one remaining slide that I have will only print some of my notes - I assume that there are too many. I am left wondering how is this in any way useful? I very rarely write a review and never a negative one and so I am disappointed to be writing this - I would have emailed the developers before writing this but there seems to be no contact address that actually works on their website. ### 1/5 — Layout issues *2018-02-12, version 3.0* Layout is not letting me read coaching points when sharing via email ### 1/5 — Great potential but no support *2017-08-26, version 1.99* This app has such great potential but It doesn't recognise my FAN so the collaborative component of the app doesn't work which is the part I was most interested in to save time. Support is also non existent. Support link does not work. When I bought this app 2 months ago, there were some specific replies from the developer to all reviews on here apologising for the issues indicating that support issues were fixed up. These have now been deleted.
