When you select an emotion, the app shows you a picture of a kid who looks like they're feeling that way, and then gives you some ideas for how to deal with that emotion. One thing I really like about the app is that it's really easy to use. I can just tap on the emotion I'm feeling and then see what the app suggests I do. The pictures are also really fun and colorful, which makes the app more engaging. Overall, I think 'I Feel...' is a great app for kids who want to learn more about their emotions.
