There are lots of different emotions to choose from, like happy, sad, angry, and scared. When you select an emotion, the app shows you a picture of a kid who looks like they're feeling that way, and then gives you some ideas for how to deal with that emotion.

One thing I really like about the app is that it's really easy to use. I can just tap on the emotion I'm feeling and then see what the app suggests I do. The pictures are also really fun and colorful, which makes the app more engaging.

Overall, I think 'I Feel...' is a great app for kids who want to learn more about their emotions. It's fun, easy to use, and has lots of good ideas for how to deal with different feelings.

I bought the book for my middle school daughter who was having drama at school . It helped her feel less alone knowing other teens had these same feelings . I was thrilled to see there is now an app 
And you can easily find the emotion that your struggling with. I love the quotes and encouraging nature , we all need a little help to get through our days sometimes !
