Does not work in any way no matter how many times app and phone is updated over four years. Crashes and closes app after entering wifi password. My house is full smart tech and everything is usually very easy to setup and use but this has been useless.

Unable to Connect the ProFlame Remote 2 to the i-Flame App. I am guessing that the ProFlame Remote 2 that came with my FirePlace may need to be exchanged or have another module installed? This part isn’t clear.  Leaving this review to help others who may have spent time on this or until I hear back.

After entering all the information on my fireplace model and serial number, it won't allow me to get push the connect button.  I can't get past the initial set up screen even with every piece of information entered. Have exited out of app, and reopened. Nothing is working.
