I reported it to the restaurant several orders ago and no fixes have been seen. The food is good when you can conveniently order it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — I order their Pizza almost every Friday *2023-10-06, version 4.4.0* But I have to order via phone (not a big deal - usually answer quickly - good service, etc) all because the app says I am outside the delivery distance. 🥺😞 It’s not obvious to me if this is the work of the chain as a whole - or just a few locations banded together. I would love to use the app but until the delivery distance calculator is updated - I wonder how much revenue they may be missing out on. I called the store and they apologized for the error and took my order. There’s apparently no remedy for the problem. No support/ customer service. Useless app! ### 1/5 — Barely adequate *2022-06-25, version 3.0.6* App errors when trying to manage stored credit cards. Recommend NOT storing them. If the card expires, you can’t edit it with a new expiration date, you can’t delete it, or even enter it again if the number is the same as one already stored. ### 1/5 — Don’t forget your password! *2020-03-18, version 3.0.1* The app will not let you reset your password, so don’t forget it! ### 1/5 — Clunky App *2019-11-16, version 3.0.1* I went through the process of building my own pizza only to get to the checkout screen and there was no place to choose my payment method. I then called to place my order and was given a different total than the app was showing (phone orders charge full price and the app charges half for a topping only on half of the pizza). ### 1/5 — Address verification fail *2019-10-18, version 3.0.0* The format for apartments is kind of messed up. Put in the name, apt number, street and zip. No street number? Says google cannot find it. Doesn’t tell me any suggestions as to what may be wrong. Nothing is wrong though. I even looked at google maps to exactly match what I enter to google maps. But I can find my address in google maps. ### 1/5 — It does not work for me *2019-09-15, version 3.0.0* When I try to put in my (valid) address in, I get a pop up that says the address does not exist and I cannot move past it. Happy path programmers ruin so many experiences it’s creating an environment where I am hating technology.
