It does the same with a fresh install on a different iPhone 6. Please fix! ### 3/5 — Needs updating. *2018-02-18* Works pretty good. The sleep reporting was better than Fitbit. Suddenly it won’t connect at all. In desperation I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It finds the device but then drops the connection. The connection icon flashes on and off constantly. Even worse, I tried their website and it comes up in Chinese or Japanese script. Useless. A potentially good device spoiled by a fault and appalling customer service. ### 1/5 — disappointed *2017-07-13, version 3.3.0* sleep tracking option doesn't record. the only time a sync works is if the phone is physically in hand, even then it disconnects when in ranch. integration with Health app doesn't record as it should unless I manually record bedtime through clock or health app or other relatable apps (loseit!, my fitness pal, etc) there's no reception in Sleep Mode, Workout Mode or the last mode. Daily mode it the only one. i've done everything possible throughout the phone. no success. please fix. ### 1/5 — Heart Rate Monitor *2017-04-03, version 3.1.0* I only have the I-gotu heart rate monitor and although it is a bluetooth device the app is only looking for Q products so doesn't work for me ### 1/5 — Weigh in :( *2017-01-09* I enjoy the app overall except the weight feature that shows a happy face for loosing weight and the sad face for weight gain. NOT ALL WEIGHT GAIN IS BAD. I lift weights so I add weight (lbs) because muscle weighs more than fat. PLEASE REMOVE THE Facial expressions from the way in feature and the figure of the skinny to fat, fat to skinny figure too. No where as good as this app. I rebought a tracker that works with this app. My only moan is that it no longer shows the map of the route I’ve taken. ### 4/5 — Too many UV alerts. *2016-06-30* I love the watch. However, I'm getting 10-20 uv alerts a day. I get it already. I know it's hot outside. ### 4/5 — Overall a Good App *2016-05-02* I like this better than the Fitbit Flex band and app I was using, but I get irritated with the little tidbits that they think are helpful. I turned off my notifications for them, but they still pop up in the app. Of course I'm not getting enough sleep, I'm a new mom! All your little reminders in app are doing is causing me to stress that I know I should be getting more sleep, but I can't! All I want to see is my weekly progress updates, not reminders of what I'm failing at. Please make a function that allows you to turn those off in app. Besides that, I think this app is better than Fitbit's. The sleep monitor is more specific, there is a nap function, and I like the way the whole thing is organized.
