## What is i?

i-Guide CN 是一款专业的医学APP，专注于目前临床上常用的数种营养风险筛查和营养评定的工具。 
1.营养风险筛查2002（NRS-2002）：是建立在较强循证证据基础上已被多个国家或国际营养学会推荐为住院患者营养风险筛查的首选工具, 中华医学会肠外肠内营养学分会在2008版和2016版相关指南中推荐可作为住院患者营养风险筛查工具，其便捷的下拉式菜单方便操作，直接明了，便于临床使用。 

2.营养不良通用筛查工具（MUST）：MUST + NRS-2002 是临床上确定营养不良的最为有效方法。 


3.主观整体评估（SGA）：可较好地预测住院时间和病死率，在早期发现营养不良上具有潜在优势。 

4. 微型营养评估（MNA）：可广泛用于老年患者营养状况的评定。 

应用以上工具可对住院患者开展营养风险筛查和营养状况评定，对存在营养风险或营养不良的患者制定营养支持计划进行相关治疗.
