It’s definitely not working . I’m trying to connect to the device but I can’t find the Bluetooth connection .

The instruction manual is missing a step. I was able to connect my heating pad to my iPhone without any issues. 
1. Turn on heating pad
2. Go to phone settings and click on Bluetooth
3. Connect to hotup option 
4. Open app and click the Bluetooth connect option 
5. Use the app to control the heating pad
This worked for me and I hope I was able to help other users ☺️

using this app with my FTOYIN pink heating and massage pouch. massage isnt amazing it's actually a vibration instead. still great tho. too loud for a classroom but the heating is great!
