SBI, ICICI will always be superior. And no accountability from anyone. ### 1/5 — Poor app poor service poor experience *2026-05-24* This app is the worst it captures pictures of very very low quality I have iPhone 16 but it looks like I took picture from a feature phone also the app crashes very frequently and once it crashed you won’t be able to open it the app you will have use the browser. The guy on the other side they call the back end team. Always rejects your request and you won’t even know the proper reason. They don’t even entertain the complaints or concerns raised. It’s better buy some other insurance like digit, HDFC, SBI which are far more reliable than this Bajaj insurance.
