### 1/5 — Worked for a while but now won’t work

When I first installed I was really happy with the Auto Unlock function. I added to all three of my doors. Only a month later and none of the locks are available. I’ve checked the batteries, Bluetooth, but nothing helps. Should’ve gone with KEVO.

This app is really disappointing, you must be within 3 feet of the lock for it to operate any of the functions, lock, unlock, etc. It only connects via Bluetooth and although it does know when you leave your house and tell you it locked, it doesn’t.
