The digital vehicle registration document (DFZ) is a digital version of the vehicle registration certificate that can be used in the i-Kfz app on your device. With the i-Kfz app, vehicle owners can view, update and, if necessary, share their vehicle registration document (Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil I (ZB I)) anytime, anywhere. This facilitates access to important vehicle data and reduces the amount of paperwork required. The app also offers a secure and user-friendly way to manage vehicle registration certificates digitally. App functions: ADD: Vehicle owners can have a DFZ issued either using the eID function or by scanning a QR code in the app. There are several options for obtaining a QR code: QR codes are provided both on site, during the registration process or on request, as well as when registering online. UPDATE: The validity and current status of the digital vehicle registration document are automatically checked when the app is opened. The i-Kfz app also offers automatic updates, such as reminders of upcoming periodic technical inspections. SHARE: With just a few clicks, the vehicle owner can generate any number of shared versions of a DFZ and share them with third parties via link or QR code for permanent or temporary use. Mit der Ausweis-App und dem digitalen Ausweis sehr einfach und intuitiv einzurichten (innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten war der digitale Fahrzeugschein erstellt und mit der Freundin geteilt) und ohne irgendwelchen Schnickschnack an Berechtigungen. So entfällt nun das lästige weiterreichen des Fahrzeugscheins, wenn mehrere Benutzer mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Ich bin begeistert und hoffe es geht nun schnell weiter so (digitaler Führerschein) 👏🏻 ### 5/5 — Guter erster Schritt *2025-11-30* Das eine staatliche App in der Qualität und nutzen einmal auf den Markt kommt hätte ich nicht erwartet! Für die frühe Version wirklich gut, habe zwei Fahrzeuge unproblematisch einbinden können. Für mich als Motorradfahrer echt praktisch. Wenn darin noch bald wie versprochen der Führerschein hinterlegt werden kann, perfekt. Wenn ich mir etwas wünschen darf, wäre das eine NFC Funktion damit z.B. die Polizei/Behörde nur die Daten ausliest und ich mein Gerät nicht aus der Hand gebe muss. ### 5/5 — Falsche Daten *2025-11-20* Ich habe die App geladen und vier Fahrzeuge hinterlegt. Bei zwei Fahrzeugen ist alles in Ordnung. Bei zwei anderen Fahrzeugen erscheint die Info, dass die Hauptuntersuchung abgelaufen ist. Obwohl beides mal das nicht zutrifft. Die Daten beziehungsweise die Berichte für die Hauptuntersuchung vorliegen wurden die nicht übernommen nach Rückfrage bei der Prüfstelle wurde mir erklärt, die Daten werden ganz normal eingegeben und wie sie dann weiter verarbeitet werden haben Sie keinen Einfluss drauf und können es auch nicht nachmelden. Alle vier Fahrzeuge sind bei der gleichen Prüfstelle abgenommen worden. Somit besteht dringender Nachholbedarf, dass die App zuverlässiger arbeitet weil es nützt mir nichts, wenn ich in eine Verkehrskontrolle komme und da auf der App steht, die Hauptuntersuchung ist abgelaufen habe ich ein Problem. ### 5/5 — Gut, schnörkellos umgesetzt *2025-11-10* Die für mich erste Bund-App, die auf Anhieb intuitiv funktionierte. Auch das Teilen funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Design ist optimierungsfähig, aber für mich geht Funktion vor Design. Weiter so! ### 5/5 — App Fazit *2025-11-09* Alles sehr ordentlich und übersichtlich gemacht. Man findet sich schnell und einfach zurecht. Wenn das so bleibt mit weiteren Funktionen, dann ganz klare Weiterempfehlung. ### 5/5 — Gute Umsetzung mit kleinen Ausmahmen *2025-11-08* Die Idee ist hervorragend, wichtig und technisch gut umgesetzt. Einziges Manko: Unter „Bemerkungen und Ausnahmen“ gibt es nur ein kleines Informationsfeld. Die Eintragungen bei meinem Auto (Felgen-Fahrwerk-Spurplatten-Kombination, jeweils für Sommer und Winter) passen dort nicht vollumfänglich hinein und ich kann die Informationen an keiner anderen Stelle finden. Deshalb leider für Autos mit Umbauten derzeit noch nicht als Ersatz für die Papierdokumente nutzbar, da man bei Polizeikontrollen nicht alle Eintragungen vorzeigen kann. ### 5/5 — Funktioniert *2025-11-07* und ist übersichtlich.
