....unless of course you are fluent in reading Chinese characters....then it MIGHT work...but I am just an ignorant English speaker so I will never know. It really deserves 0 stars but you can’t choose 0 stars.

I downloaded this app because I bought the security system hardware. I try to use it and the login page is in Chinese!  Its not accepting my info and I am at a dead end.  Even the website has no information.  No phone number,  just a bunch of random questions and nowhere to go to get help with set up.  What cr*p.

Minimal instructions: it went to a web page, presumably a sign in page. Given that it was In Chinese, with no obvious way to show it in English (app says it supports English) it wasn't any use. Searched on line, found the company's web page, and found an English page to sign up on. Gave it my email, and it said it was already in use!   The hardware may be good, and the app MIGHT work, but from as from starting from scratch, it's a wreck. Come on people, put some effort into this!
