There seems to be no support for this app. There is a button down below that says app support yet it goes to a blank page.


I got this fan hooked up three months ago and it’s been working perfectly except today. The lights are going really crazy. I don’t know what changed or what happened I’d like to keep it on one setting but now it seems to be changing to flashing red light, which is disturbing. But then it changes back again. Please let me know what is happening why it keeps changing all of a sudden.

Si no te encuentra las luces por bluetooth
Vete a:
ajustes>apps>i-Link>Permitir a i-Link acceder a bluetooth.

Es una tontería. Pero la app, a día de hoy, ni me pidió los permisos, ni avisa de no tenerlos. E igual ése es tu problema.

La app se nota que no está hecha con el mayor mimo. Y no sé hasta qué punto es la app o mi lámpara, pero hay bastantes funcionalidades que no van muy finas. Aún así, funcionar me funciona

Hello, the app keeps disconnecting and the light keeps going on and off. I tried to change the name of the fan on the app to see if maybe someone else nearby was trying to connect and play with their own lights but that isn’t working either!

Früher eine gute App und eine gute Lampe, mittlerweile gibt es wohl keine Updates mehr sodass man sich nicht mehr mit der Lampe verbinden kann. Enttäuschend das Software nur so eine kurze Zeit funktioniert.

まともに接続した機器を制御出来ていない。
スピーカー付きカラーシーリングライトの制御アプリとして説明書よりダウンロード。
カラーは不安定。
登録した好みのカラー、オンオフのタイマーはアプリ立ち上げ直しで消える。
音楽がスピーカーから流れない。本アプリ内より再生ボタンを押してiPhoneから音楽が流れる。スピーカーの意味がない。

このアプリで安定して出来ることは、手動で照明のオンオフ切り替えくらいです。
これだけ不具合だらけで更新も2022年頃からありません。
購入商品のレビューにも書かせてもらいましたが、制御アプリせい？で雑なおもちゃレベルです。

может я чего-то не понимаю, но сделайте пожалуйста возможность не подключать автоматически звук с телефона на колонку. захожу в комнату, включаю свет и тут автоматом музыка из наушников начинает орать на всю квартиру😂😂😂

Tanto la App, como la lámpara son brutales!! Mola mogollón, música, luces, ventilador. Estamos encantadas. No tengo nada malo que decir, todo lo contrario, realmente las recomiendo al 100%.
Súper fácil de conectarla con el teléfono y la App es muy intuitiva.

Cuando compré el ventilador descargué esta App y conseguía que funcionaran las luces, que la verdad dicho sea de paso están genial porque le dan mucho juego al ventilador, pero no el altavoz, pero al desinstalarla y volverla a instalar ahora va todo de lujo y puedo poner luces y la música que quiero desde el móvil a la vez que el ventilador está funcionando. No se si han hecho una actualización pero ahora me funciona de lujo. Ha quedado todo el conjunto de cine. Muy buena App si conseguís que os funcione.
