Are you ready to improve your health? i-LiveWell, the app that helps you set goals to improve your health, whether it be your diet choices or in-app exercise. 

You can also join in fun mini-games and collect points to redeem special privileges.

• Calculate BMI (Body Mass Index) to tell you the right health program for you.
Indicate your gender, weight, height, and the activities you do each week to calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index) and choose your favorite foods or allergy sufferers. For organizing a diet program

• Connect health devices to access more accurate information.
Connect the health app on your mobile device or an accessory to access the step counter to help you organize your health program.

• Collect points for walking or cooking to exchange for special privileges.
When you hit your target exercise or cook and eat your meals, you will earn points that can be redeemed for special privileges.

• More than 100 recommended food menus that you can choose from when cooking and eating.
All meals are suggested for you, and you can also view healthy menus with calories and recipes for cooking.

• Assessment of physical and mental well-being every 2 weeks.
There is a questionnaire to assess your physical and mental well-being every 2 weeks to check your overall well-being, which will be summarized and displayed with recommendations to inform you of your basic physical and mental well-being and to connect your app. Health apps that you can consult with your doctor or additional specialist

• Mini games to help you work out during the day.
You can create your own health card characters to access mini-games and play games to collect points to access various items, the game style will help you to exercise during the day.
