Application fonctionne a peu près correctement sur smartphone, on a essayé sur tablette, c’est top! Tout fonctionne. Mais… hier…
Ma fille est arrivée au niveau 54, elle a gagné le trophé. Trop contente la Miss. Elle n’a pas compris elle est de retour à la case de départ sur la tablette. Et sur smartphone retour au niveau  51. On peut avoir une explication

Le parcours ludique de l’application ne fonctionne pas . Nous avons pourtant désinstallé et réinstallé 4 x l appli, comme nous l avait conseillé le service client. Ça ne fonctionne toujours pasNous avions d’ailleurs eu de gros problèmes aussi avec le Merlin qu’ on avait dû renvoyer car il ne fonctionnait pas. À ce jour nous attendons un remboursement des 72 euros payés pour l’année.

Bonjour, je ne comprends pas pourquoi, je n’ai accès aux mots que du premier numéro que j’ai acheté fin 2024. Il en est de même pour les nombres, je ne suis pas abonné, mais j’achète chaque Livres dès qu’il paraît, en librairie.

Mais impossible de se faire comprendre quand on répète les mots. Je suis sur iPad et on a toujours le smiley bleu. Comme si il n’entendait pas ce qu’on dit

Mes enfants aiment bien. L’application marche correctement.
J’aurais aimé avoir un parcours par thème qu’on aurait pu choisir plutôt qu’un long parcours. Il est moins adapté à la séquence d’apprentissage. Mais dans l’ensemble je recommande quand même et les enfants aiment la revue.

Après un mois à se battre avec le service client pour relier mon mail à l’abonnement au nom de ma fille, ils sont toujours dans l’incapacité de me donner accès à cette application qui est vendue avec l’abonnement d’anglais! Donc réception du magazine il y a 2 mois, et application inutilisable… bravo pour cette inefficacité et de frustrer une enfant qui souhaite apprendre l’anglais. J’attends toujours une solution…..
