Additionally you also can’t select to inquire about the app w the ? Mark selection. Once selecting that it provides an error. It goes so far as to take the money out of my account and then reject the transaction and pop up an error message saying the payment was declined. Call my bank and they show it was approved but the merchant returned the funds. It's become such a headache that I've found other options for my juice fix. Now the app doesn't work. December 2017! *2017-12-06, version 3.3* Juice Bar just recently opened up here in Lafayette, Louisiana (July 2017) & I go everyday! I order almost every online so when I learned they had an app, I was all over it! They app isn’t too bad once you learn how to navigate it correctly! My only real issue is that it doesn’t let you place an order on Wednesday or Thursday through the app! I understand on those days y’all have specials for students & veterans, but not everyone are one of those! So please update app to be able to order through app any day of the week! Thank you! Cheers.🤗 ### 2/5 — Barely works *2023-08-25, version 3.6.0* This app: Shuts down any time I try to look at points or rewards, so it’s impossible to use my rewards through the app. Has the option to enter credit card info by taking a pic of your card, you fill out exp date, ccv, name, zip, click done, and no information is recorded so you have to enter cc info manually anyway. P.S. saved my ccinfo in the app previously, but it’s no longer there. I have ordered through the app many, many times, but it says I have no past orders or favorites. (I do) Every time, the ordering process through the app is long and annoying, opposite of what it should be.
