## What is i?

iMachinist is a simple to use CNC calculator app that calculates for you the cuttings speed, RPM, feed rate and more for your milling, drilling and turning operations.

iMachinist also includes a database for Hole and Shaft Tolerances and different Threads.

This app made me want to stop working as a machinist. Don’t waste your time. I deleted this app within 5 minutes

Looks nice, but worthless if you programmer can’t write a simple conversion to SAE units

This app is very useful for me to easily get all thread information when making threads on my lathe.
The only thing I don’t like is ad nagging. Since we can’t buy the app, I find very annoying not being able to disable this nagging very time I use the app.
If this ad nagging is necessary, please add a buying option.

It would be a major improvement to include an inch / SAE capability alongside the metric.  It would up the usability in the US certainly. Please consider the change.
