The scrolls do not align with the times that are being set. Seems they are off by 10. 0800 is 1800. You need to ignore the numbers on the scrolls and just look at what is being set for what will be sent to recorder for retrieval. And when using iPhone the AM and PM selectors don’t show up in portrait mode. You need to turn phone to see all 4 options. That took a while to figure out. Better testing and documentation is needed to make this app more useable. ### 1/5 — Update killed our feed! *2017-03-08* Ok..this is NOT working!! We are now unable to view. What did you do? PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY. ### 3/5 — Good app at core, but some improvements can be made *2016-06-27, version 2.2.1* This is a good app for what it's worth, it does what it says on the tin. I find when using this app, my 6s gets very hot and the battery drains rapidly fast. Maybe some optimisation is needed? And perhaps add some encryption to the app to make It more secure. Please be reasonable and the least you can do is provide all the basic functions that an IP camera has. Even other camera manufacturers much smaller than Panasonic are far ahead in App development. After hitting search there are spin dials to select date and time. there is a time slider bar that seems uncorralated to the video. Stopped working with iOS 11 so I had to download this one. It looks like this one only works with newer cameras. I can only see two out of my five cameras. After doing so I could no longer connect to my two I-Pro NVRs and see my cameras. After some troubleshooting I deleted my NVRs and went through the registration process again for each NVR. Everything is now working fine again - a great app. Had the same issue on my iPad when upgrading to iPadOS 17.7. **Developer response:** Thank you for using i-PRO Mobile APP. Rather than figure out tempting into a computer browser this app configured perfectly to use the equipment we have. Thank you Panasonic. ### 5/5 — Not working. *2017-03-04* My wifi and 300A recorder are on the same subnet but I am unable to view or control anything. I did get a message that the terminal was connected (iPhone6). ### 4/5 — Wifi *2024-11-19* Does not work with wifi, can’t see video when out of home 😒 ### 4/5 — Steadily improving *2020-11-08* When I first bought the camera (WV-S6130) in 2018, it required 32 bit Internet Explorer to configure, and the app only provided the basic functions. Now I can use Safari on Mac and the app is much more useful. The latest update (5.1) is even better, except for the video recording function is not working.
