## What is I Promise List?

I Promise List is not another to-do list. It is a list of promises you make to yourself: small, concrete, and kept today.

HOW IT WORKS
• Make a promise for today, tomorrow or any date. One tap marks it kept.
• See your day, week and month at a glance and keep your streak alive.
• Recurring promises (daily, weekly, monthly) turn a promise into a habit.
• Plugins add ready-made promise programs inspired by great books: willpower, relationships, SMART goals and more.
• Widgets on the Home Screen and Lock Screen show what is done, what is left and how much of the day remains.
• Apple Watch app and watch-face complications keep your promises on your wrist. Mark them kept without touching your phone.
• Works without an account. Create one to sync between devices.

FREE
Unlimited one-off promises, one plugin at a time, widgets with today's counter.
