Great App which aids working as a Coastguard team, keeping up to date
Was good now has issues
This was a good app and made life easier for logging on/off and knowing team availability. Unfortunately since the updates this week I can’t get the app to load up on iPhone. Please fix the issue.
I-rescue
Some small teething issues but overall an excellent way to page the team and keep updated of on call members.
IRescue
This app is excellent, Douglas CG use this app as a back up to Motorola pager, on many occasions personnel have not received pager but have received page from I-rescue. Having I rescue as a backup ensures we get the best response to callouts.
Suddenly poor
Update has gone backwards and removed the 8/9 functionality. It’s made using the app an extra task as opposed to an assistance.
App Updates issues
Still causing issues even after 3 updates in the last 2 weeks
Doesn’t work
New update does not update tasking so you still have to text your availability.
IRescue
This app is excellent, I would like to give it 5 stars, unfortunately the developer doesn’t keep it up to date which sadly lets it down!
App not working
This all has worked well, but now that there is new iPhones on the market the app does not work with any iPhone 15 or above, it would be nice if this developer could update this app to allow it to work with the newer iPhone models.
No longer works
Worked great on my iPhone 12 but upgraded to 16 and doesn’t work and tried to contact but not had a response
Freezes at edit profile screen
It is a shame that on i-phone 14, I can’t even get passed the edit profile screen as it completely freezes with no option to edit, go back or other, resulting in a total shutdown. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but the same error occurs.
Hopeful but Disappointing
Was hoping it would have more rank or k9 position options. Also it won’t let me subscribe, says I’m subscribed but have no access nor did I put in payment. Just a flop. If it gets fixed I’ll be back to try again.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback. I’m always happy to add extra ranks and selection options. Also, if you email me your name I’ll look at what is happening with the subscription issue and try and get this resolved for you.
Notifications don’t always arrive
I only seem to get notified about chat activity maybe 30% of the time.

Great app
This is a great app shame that there isn’t a tone to alert you when you have a page this is one key area this app needs to be fixed
Team call sign removal
Great app. Seems to be working better. Removal of the team numbers is a little disappointing. As an OIC I use this to remember each persons call sign for call out attendance on HMCG system.
Availability
Since you updated IRescue I have lost all my availability stats 😣, why is this 🤷🏻♂️
Prone to seizing at the moment
Hi. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and the app is seizing up at the moment. An uninstall is the only way to reset it. Other than that, brilliant.
IRescue
It’s a great idea used it for a number of years, unfortunately parts of it have stopped working, now can’t log off some times, crashes every other time I try to access it. It’s the same for 4 other team members.
Unfortunately the owner has now stopped responding to emails about the issues.
