It is there for a while and goes back to default 20, Needs to be fixed!! Its about time. Make sure you guys test the update before you release it. I just upgraded to this new version and now it hangs on connecting. Fix the app! ### 1/5 — New version loads but won’t connect *2017-12-19, version 1.4.3* When iOS 11 came out and this app completely stopped working, I found and successfully used TelecopTest by the same company. This worked fine. Then I saw a new version of I-smart Viewer came out so I installed and set it up. It won’t connect using the same settings as TelecopTest. One difference is I have to select DVR type on I-smart, so I tried all 3 options and none of them connect. So I guess I’ll keep using the TelecopTest app. Too bad.
