Not a good start -- at least let one puzzle be started! ### 2/5 — Nice App But... *2010-07-21, version 0* I finished a puzzle but there was no high scores or something to say you've finished! Update 4 better Stuff ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Impossible Puzzles *2025-09-29, version 1.96* Not sure why but I kept getting puzzles that were not possible to solve. For example on one 4x4 I had four blue 6 triangles all at the top of the square so none with a blue 6 on the bottom you could match them with. So all these need to be on the top row. Problem being the side numbers did not match so you couldn’t put them in a row. ### 1/5 — it needing wifi makes no sense *2024-06-15* why does it need to be connected to wifi to work, makes no sense and the bottom grid doesn’t let you move the pieces from their original spot to another location in the bottom grid ### 1/5 — Extremely Buggy *2016-06-08* There's lots of bugs that makes this game unplayable. There is no way to look at high scores. The game is just unfinished. Otherwise, I enjoy this game. It takes me back to my Palm days when I had this game on my old Sony PEG S300. The website appears to be in Chinese which makes it more difficult to ask for help. Still a good game, but I would like to have this little bug fixed. ### 4/5 — Great app, but a few notes: *2009-11-12* It's a very faithful recreation of the gnome game, but there is no horizonal mode, and squares are sort of hard to drop correctly in the top grid. It would be *great* if the target square you drag a piece to would light up so you know when you can let go of it. One thing to mention also, this game is clearly directly based off of the Linux game that is distributed under the gnu public licence, and you are selling your game for a profit. I hope you've contacted the original developers of tetravex before releasing your version. ### 4/5 — Locks up changing the background *2009-10-12* Whenever I go to change the background the app locks up, I can change the size with no problems. Other than that I love it! ### 4/5 — Simple, but fun play *2009-08-21* I like these kinds of puzzles, and i-TetraVex is light and casual. A previous reviewer had issues resetting to play a new game, but the instructions clearly state "don't shut it off, just shake". This mechanic works GREAT when you're frustrated with it. ;) Just shake, and you get a new puzzle. I do wish however that there was a message confirming that you really want to reset your current puzzle. Next version please? ### 3/5 — Fun but glitchy *2013-06-27* Sometimes when we play this game the tiles come up with all zero's please fix this ### 2/5 — Needs an update *2023-02-05, version 1.93* An ok little game but has a nasty bug where removing one tile reveals another stuck beneath. Restarting the app fixes it.
