The balance shown is never right— often there’s a charge that is shown as pending but is not actually counted in the account balance. Every preference is reset once a week (e.g. FaceID, Instant Balance). Fraud alerts are never accurate. My card locked on a trip to Chicago because of suspected fraud but there was no way to reach the fraud team on the weekend. This app is so horrible that I am switching banks.
