Then when it does it doesn’t load in app function. ### 1/5 — Total Fail *2025-08-17, version 2.0.20* So I tried to load on my iPhone and iPad , first issue can’t sign on either device,crashes at face logon screen. In addition when you sign up for account it ask to use email or user name. It will only take email address. Employer Pays $700+ monthly i pay $100+ monthly and doesn’t even cover simple lab work lol. If your employer provides this as their option. Do yourself a favor and decline it, youre better off researching your own insurance ### 1/5 — App literally never works *2024-10-10, version 2.0.6* App is always stuck on loading screen no matter what network I’m on or how fast the internet is ever since updating to iOS 18. Cannot do or see anything in the app, so it’s basically useless at this point. ### 1/5 — App is unusable as is this “insurance” *2024-10-04, version 2.0.6* I can never get this app to work. Even their website is unusable. Good luck even if you find someone, they won’t take this scam of an “insurance” and you’ll be given a huge out of pocket. “Imagine” how much their team will care if you quit your job or are let go. Consider all of those costs to be your responsibility now. ### 1/5 — Awful app and shady insurance *2024-09-10* This is one of the worst insurance apps I’ve had to use. The “coverage” itself is extremely vague. It feels like snake oil. When I tried to file a claim, it said session expired and I can’t log back in anymore.
