People are forced to use this because it is the apartment’s/society’s default Gate Pass app. It takes 2-3 mins or more for the App to open once a visitor entry notification comes. Then approving it takes another minute. Poor delivery people, guests have to wait for more than 5 mins and more often they have to call for approval. I am not sure why builders/society offices use this app for its operations. Either they are getting it cheap or the contract was received through nepotism of some kind.
