Allows for customers to trust and see a story or detailed description from “on the way”, “arrived”, “job started and job completed” Customer service side is really helpful to stay on top of my work load, some apps this service or any service is non existent. As soon as I have logged an issue I will have a phone call immediately and a problem solved.
