Der Login-Prozess ist viel zu kompliziert. Es werden Dinge gefragt, die für den Kauf eines Tickets eigentlich völlig irrelevant sind. Jeder kann nur ein Ticket kaufen, wollte eigentlich für meine Frau und Freunde insgesamt vier Tickets kaufen. Warum geht das nicht??? Bei den Familientickets kann ich die Menge nicht ändern, ich muss immer VIER!!! Tickets kaufen (108€) warum??? Ein Familienticket kostet doch nur 49€. Warum muss ich eins für 59€ dazu kaufen. Leider kann man die Menge nicht ändern… So traurig und eine absolute Zumutung! Nun habe ich es geschafft mir einen Account zu erstellen und ein Ticket gekauft. Dieses Ticket ist allerdings nicht im Ticketwallet obwohl in der App gekauft!!! Nun kann ich keine Probefahrt buchen. Sorry aber das ist auf ganzer Linie einfach nur peinlich!
