It’s sad that I can’t pay by wallet in this day and age, so I thought maybe it might be easier to pay for the ticket in the app but for the life of me i could not paste the cc number in the slot. Update: I’ve tried several times to connect my revolut account and when i try to pay the app crashes. Am dat delete la câteva minute după ce am luat-o ### 1/5 — Cea mai proasta aplicatia *2025-10-20, version 1.9.8* Da crash asa cand vrea ea fix cand derulezi si gasesti ce vrei sa cumperi, dupaia cand sa platesti sau sa dai copy paste in casuta… nici vorba, tot sare fereastra cu tastatura, nu apare nimic gen “paste” apare autofil sau copy.. o mizerie… dati bani unuia care face ceva calumea nu va mai faceti de ras ca nu e o aplicatie complicata e o lista si o casuta vai mama ei. Ba deci rusine rusine mare, imi strica tot cheful, MINUS 5 stele. Adică dacă ai bilete cumparate, pe site nu poți găsit biletul, iar din app dacă nu mai știi parola și ai parola strong nu o poți transmite și nici copia.. ### 1/5 — Payment methods not working *2025-10-05, version 1.9.8* If you want to pay with Apple wallet or revolut, the app just crashes at various steps. It is so badly integrated with these payment methods, the only one working is the one where you have to add your card’s details each time, no possibility to save the card for future payments. Also, the app logs me out daily, why would you have login sessions so small? (If you need help with some iOS development, let me know, the app needs a lot of work) I uninstalled the app and continue to use your services only in the browser, apple payment works there. ### 1/5 — Foarte slaba *2025-09-14, version 1.9.8* Aplicatie facuta de incepatori. Este foarte "neprietenoasa" daca o utilizezi pe telefon, iese din cont imediat, nu comunica cu datele din telefon pentru conectare automata, imaginea este instabila cu ferestrele de logare, nu poti selecta o zona sau oras cu interes, etc etc. Nu prea inteleg de ce incaseaza taxe de rezervare daca nu sunt in stare sa faca o aplicatie cu facilitati minime ### 1/5 — O aplicatie de tot rahatu *2025-09-11, version 1.9.8* Nimic nu merge, bilet nu poti sa iei, altceva nu poti sa faci ### 1/5 — Weak, but no other option *2025-08-31, version 1.9.8* The app is slow and with a bad UI. Even if you have an account you have to enter your details over and over again. There are hidden taxes. Feels like 2005 *2025-07-28, version 1.9.8* Tried buying a ticket — 30 minutes later I’m still wondering if the app is a test of patience or part of the performance art. No option to share the event with a friend (unless you enjoy screenshots and manual typing), can’t paste card details, can’t save your card, and forget about Apple Pay — not even a dream. Yet somehow they still charge you nearly 3 lei per ticket for this “service”. Going solo to an event? Welcome to 2025, where that’s normal — but this app clearly didn’t get the memo. Bravoo ### 4/5 — Pretty good app but needs a few fixes here and there *2023-03-07, version 1.9.6* Overall the app is pretty well made, i really like it, but there are still some fixes that need to be done here and there: - when trying to buy tickets (for example with the pay u service), some of the fields that are down are hard to reach, scroll is not working (need to select the last visible field and tap on the return key on the keyboard in order to jump to the inaccessible field below) - bought 2 tickets and when clicking on the share button to see them, the second one is only half visible and cannot scroll down to see the entire ticket - added ticket to apple wallet and the information about my seat number is not visible (the whole text is too long and instead of displaying it on the next line, it hides it with ...)
