Warum man heute noch einen zusätzlichen WLAN fähigen Receiver benötigt, erschließt sich mir nicht. Gerade Binnen oder küstennah könnte man das über die Datenverbindung abrufen...

Die Anbindung an NAVIONICS kostete mich auch noch 10 Euro... 

So ist die Software völlig sinnlos...

Up until recently this simple little app was reliable, fast and accurate.
Now it freezes, locks up, slows down or crashes. Even after downloading a fresh copy, same behaviour. 

When contacting digital yachts you’re sent on a useless goose chase for boiler plate solutions. 
Digital Yacht’s hardware and hardware customer service is top notch but the software app end of things needs lots of work.
Currently useless.

Just paid £9.99 for this and I am unable to connect, so not only am I unable to use it on my Navionics but also as a stand alone app!

pas grand intérêt, vous obligé à payer une option chez navionics pour voir les cartes. malgré la wifi, les cibles AIS n’apparaissent pas alors que c’est le seul intérêt de cette appli !!!
seulement les indications de vitesse et de position donc aucun intérêt.

Rigged this up to a non dy wifi ais and it appeared to work well, such that i bought the navionics plugin.

Now the bad points and this seems to occur on ipad or iphone.

1. The navionics plug in does not work on my iphone, says not supported.
2. As soon as the app looses internet connection then it seems to drop the nmea feed and hence no longer works.

So all in all, ok for coastal use with an internet feed via 4g, but for a channel crossing forget it.

Disapointed and wasted £10.

Rigged it up for a test, rarely worked for more than five minutes without freezing or crashing. Paid extra to have access to my Navionics Charts, charts either did not load or caused the program to lock up - with such a bad review you would be justified in thinking “ he did not set it up correctly” No it worked for a couple of minutes several times before locking up.
Carried out the same test using SEAIq, worked perfectly but no Chart integration as SEAiq doesn’t load Navionics HD IPad charts- May work for you but don’t pay for Navionics Chart integration or anything else until you are quite sure it doesn’t freeze or lock up repeatedly.

Ça marche vraiment. Suffit d'avoir un miniplex 2wi et un récepteur ais. Après, pas besoin de mode d'emplois. C'est une très belle réalisation car simple, rapide et efficace. Maintenant, vu ce qui est nécessaire pour le faire fonctionner, je doute de l'importance d'une telle application...

Il download delle carte navionics funziona bene e anche la connessione con il transponder Nomad. Sarebbe utile la presenza di un allarme sonoro e visivo per cpa e tcpa. Sarebbe utile anche inserire il pinch per lo zoom e non solo con + o -.

I have a Kannad SafeLink R10 AIS Recovery System fitted to the lifejacket of the lonely man on the nightwatch. I can See the R10 on your App. It would be very good to have an alert, when the R10 (or any other AIS SART) is sending it's special MOB code.

Zum Empfang der Daten ist zusätzlich der Receiver erforderlich, der über den Handel zu beziehen ist.
Dieser gibt wohl die Daten per eingebautem WLAN an das IPad iPhone weiter.

Leider kann man den Bildschirm nicht gewohnt zoomen 
Der ais Receiver ist erforderlich da die Daten über das Internet nur dann erscheinen wenn es jemand freundlicher weise einstellt 
Beim Fahren mit einem Schiff nicht zu gebrauchen und zu gefährlich
