### 2/5 — iAlert app keeps crashing

*2026-01-03, version 1.3.3*

This use to work, now that it’s fire season it’s stopped. When I open it, it closes straight away. I’ve tried shutting down my iPad, restarting, still the same. I deleted the app and shutdown my iPad, restarted it and downloaded the app again, still the same. Shutdown again and still nothing, I open it and closes straight away.

### 1/5 — Broken in IOS 18.5

### 1/5 — Paid for no ads - still get them???

*2023-01-25, version 1.3.3*

STILL GETTING ADS DESPITE PAYING TO REMOVE THEM???

### 3/5 — Ads removed payment made but ads not removed!

*2022-11-26, version 1.3.3*

The app stopped showing info about incidents so I paid to remove ads $2.99. Then worked but after closing ads appeared again and details stopped working. Support link sends you to 404 page. Not happy! Half an app working.

### 2/5 — Can’t get it to work

*2022-09-26, version 1.3.1*

Haven’t been able to get it to work for more than 24 hours now. Have emailed the web developer but no response. It used to work fine. Strange

### 5/5 — Alert app

*2022-01-14, version 1.3.1*

### 1/5 — Is this app dead?

*2020-11-27, version 1.3.1*

Have seen last update was a year ago, and when opened just says loading data and nothing other than map is displayed.
