### 1/5 — Terrible use

*2023-03-30*

This app DOES NOT WORK! It will not give you an accurate camber number. Caster is also off by .3 degrees. I DO NOT recommend this app. And I want a refund!!

### 1/5 — Flawed

*2017-05-14, version 1.3*

I can't say how well the camber and caster measurements work because the calibration doesn't work right. To calibrate, you get to the calibrate screen, place the flat back of the phone on a known vertical surface (which means you need to calibrate a surface with another level) and press the 'calibrate' button. You are then supposed to move on to measuring the camber.

Two problems. First, if you keep the back flat on your calibrated surface and rotate the phone clockwise and counterclockwise, the camber number changes. This should not happen. If this kind of rotation is going to affect the camber measurement, then some sort of level needs to be added to the screen.

Second, if you keep the phone as vertical as possible, but rotate it about its vertical axis, the numbers change. If you rotate the phone 180 deg, the camber measurement will add over 100 deg. This makes no sense whatsoever. That means my calibrated surface needs to be parallel to my wheel surface. Clearly the accelerometer angle transformation matrices are completely messed up.

The app is a good idea, and with the processing power of a smartphone, one should be able to develop an app that could step you through an automated process with decent repeatability. But this app isn't it.

Don't waste your money.

It doesn't remotely close to work properly. Shouldn't be allowed to sell trash like this on the App Store. There should be a refund policy to help keep apps like this away. Enjoy my $4, hopefully anyone reading this keeps their money in their pocket.

### 5/5 — Very useful tool

*2016-10-27, version 1.3*

This tool provide quick measurements very accurate. Very satisfied

### 1/5 — Poor

*2016-03-25*

Decided to Buy this app for just over £2 thinking it must be good or at least better than the free spirit levels and also because it showed you can use it on a flat surface instead of the edge of the iPhone which can be a bit inaccurate. Well to start when you calibrate the device you can not store the calibration meaning you have to do it every time u click out of the app or off the screen! Also it says calibrate it by holding it perpendicular to the ground which is all well and good but then to check the camber it tells you to hold the iPhone on the flat surface of the wheel...if the phone is not perfectly level the reading is massively effected.... Why is there not an option to store the calibration and a level to state if the phone is perpendicular to the ground?! I would like my money back please or some answers to the above as this app is pretty useless as it stands.

### 5/5 — Good App

*2012-01-31*

Good app, checked it against proper alignment tackle - it gives reasonable ballpark figures.

### 4/5 — I-align

*2010-06-01*

Cheaper than the real thing!

### 4/5 — Good

*2010-05-18*

Handy app!

### 1/5 — Not accurate

*2010-02-15, version 0*

This app could be great if it worked. My actual front wheel camber was -2.0 - this app said it was -6.2. No way. My other angle finder app for the iPhone (clinometer) reads correctly, so it CAN be done, hopefully they'll fix it because the caster function is cool if the can get it right. As of now, it is useless.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2010-01-21*

I found it helpful to make a jig for my iPhone as the centre of my wheel was not flat.  100 times cheaper than a camber/castor gauge!
