รบกวนทีมงานช่วยตรวจสอบระบบหลังบ้านให้ทีครับ บัญชีมีอาการค้างหน้า Catch-up ค้างตั้งแต่วันก่อนไม่ยอมอัปเดตไลฟ์ใหม่เลย (ผมเป็นอยู่คนเดียว แฟนคลับคนอื่นปกติหรือเปล่าผมไม่รู้อ่ะครับ) และพอลองกดส่งคุกกี้ในโพสต์ของเมมเบอร์ ยอดคุกกี้ก็ไม่ยอมหักและไม่ลดลงเลยครับ เหมือนตัวแอปไม่ซิงค์ข้อมูลใหม่กับเซิร์ฟเวอร์เลย ลองลบแอปโหลดใหม่และลองเปลี่ยนเน็ตแล้วก็ยังไม่หาย คาดว่าเป็นบั๊ก Token บัญชีค้าง (Account Session Freeze) รบกวนช่วยตรวจสอบและแก้ไขให้หน่อยนะครับ แอปดีมากๆ ผมชอบมากๆ แต่ในแอปยังสามารถกดดูไลฟ์สดได้ปกติ และกดส่งคุกกี้ที่เป็น Gift ได้ปกติอ่ะครับ ผมชอบแอปนี้มากๆ รบกวนทีมงานช่วยตรวจสอบด้วยนะครับ ขอบคุณมากๆ นะค้าบ^^

A dedicated platform is essential for connecting fans with their favorite stars in the modern idol industry. iAM48 serves as the primary "Super-App" for the BNK48 and CGM48 fandom, acting as a digital bridge that brings every activity into one place. Whether you are a casual listener or a dedicated supporter, this app is designed to be the ultimate hub for all 48 Group Thailand content.
iAM48 offers various key features, including high-definition live streaming, theater subscriptions for stage performances, an e-commerce shop for official merchandise, and a comprehensive event voting system. Most essential features are accessible for free, making the app good value for all fans.
As a fan, the feature I like the most is the Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode during live broadcasts. This function is incredibly efficient because it allows the stream to stay open as a floating widget while I use other apps. I often open a live session of "My Kami-Oshi" as a form of moral support while I am studying. Who wouldn’t want a platform that provides such a supportive atmosphere while they work?
Another efficient feature is the shortcuts for favorite members. Once I set a member as my "Kami-Oshi," their profile is prominently displayed at the top of the search page. This is incredibly convenient because I don't have to waste time searching through dozens of members. Furthermore, the UI-hiding feature is perfect for taking clean screenshots by simply swiping left. It feels more authentic than standard social media because these exclusive posts are shared in a space dedicated only to the fans.
Despite these cool features, there are some limitations. One major drawback is that the app is currently limited to Android and iOS devices. As someone who spends a lot of time on a computer, I find it disappointing that there is no official PC version. Furthermore, the live streaming feature falls short compared to global platforms like Instagram in terms of collaboration. Currently, iAM48 does not support a multi-guest live feature, which prevents members from different locations from streaming together.
Additionally, some features remain confusing even after years of use. For instance, the "Points" system lacks clarity, and I still don’t understand its actual purpose or how to effectively spend them. This inefficiency makes the feature feel redundant and could be disappointing for new users who expect a more straightforward reward system.
Overall, iAM48 is a reliable and essential tool for any fan who wants to stay updated with their idols. Although the lack of a PC version and the confusing points system are weaknesses, the exclusive features and the convenience of the PiP mode make it a well-designed platform. I highly recommend this app for newcomers who want to get to know the group better, as well as all dedicated fans.
