Does not translate to U.K. postal addresses eg a village that does not have street names or addresses where county names are not used as standard or are the same name as the city. I have tried to fill in the forms/ address numerous times. I wasted an entire week trying to get it to work, with no success. It’s a complete waste of time and also feels quite insecure. This fails gdpr principles. The app does not request the old password on a password change. That’s a vulnerability. Login procedes via OTP to phone and no password is required. This suggests a shortcut because they are not handling the password, again not a secure protocol. The app is a forced download to complete a legally required identity verification - this is not acceptable practice. I had no prior relationship with iamproperty, I was railroaded into this app because my agent is too lazy to handle it properly. ### 1/5 — Iamproperty *2025-06-07* Absolutely dreadful app to verify details. Rejected valid documentation. Photo doesn't focus within the box Must have taken 30 mins .
