Registration does not work. Says you're already registered on signing up. Then on logging in it says you're not registered.

On registering as doctor system says that 'your device is registered'.
And on loging it says your mobile is not registered .
Don't know what to do?

Problem with registration ,on registering it says device is already registered and on logging in it says number is not registered. Tried on both iPhone and iPad ,same problem recurs. Waste of an useful app due to technical glitch.

Dear developer, recently I have changed my iPhone from 6S to 10X max. I had backed up all my apps on iCloud. When I restored my iPhone I got the app on my new phone but there were no records. I had saved almost 100 patients on the app. How to retrieve the data about the saved patients?
