Ce serait sûrement mieux si il était possible de changer son numéro de téléphone soi-même depuis son profil pour éviter des malentendus entre le professionnel et le client. Sinon l’application est très bien, facile d’utilisation.

J’en ai testé des plateformes pour ma clientèle et Iara est de loin la meilleure. Juste le fait que l’on puisse synchroniser la plateforme avec notre agenda perso c’est génial, je devais tout faire manuellement avant. Pouvoir gérer le visuel, la caisse aussi est vraiment chouette et ce que j’apprécie aussi, c’est de pouvoir notifier que la personne a payé un acompte et le prix.
La carte fidélité en direct est top aussi. 
Les petits axes d’amélioration selon moi pour que l’appli soit complète:
• Le fait d’avoir une version ordinateur, pour que l’on puisse utiliser l’application sur notre pc 
• Côté prestation, pouvoir créer des options (ex French manucure), et pouvoir les insérer dans plusieurs prestations, car actuellement, on doit, si on veux ajouter une option dans plusieurs prestations, les rentrer manuellement.

Je laisse très rarement des avis sur internet, mais si le mien peut aider certaines personnes à se décider : cette appli est vraiment top ! Elle est très facile à utiliser, avec de bonnes fonctionnalités pour un tarif qui reste plutôt  raisonnable. Le service client est réactif et facilement joignable, que ce soit sur Instagram ou par mail en cas de question. J’aime beaucoup cette application et je l’utilise au quotidien dans le cadre de mon activité professionnelle. Je recommande ! ✨

Je l’adooore ca fait 2 ans je l’ai je l’ai vu grandir cet appli mes clientes l’adorent aussi, visuellement elle est satisfaisante pour quelqu’un comme moi qui n’aiment pas trop d’infos à la fois, hyper simple à utiliser, le service client est rapide et réactif vraiment coeur sur vous pour votre travail et votre parcours est impressionnant 🥰

Tout d’abord le site il est grave facile à utiliser mais c’est dommage sur mon téléphone il y a eu un bug et je peux plus accéder aux comptes alors que j’ai les beaux mots de passe ou sinon j’arriverai pas à réinitialiser mon mot de passe en tant que professionnel. Il y a aussi le problème du code de mes clientes arrivent pas à avoir le code de confirmation. Ce qui les empêche à prendre rendez-vous sur le lien et un truc aussi que j’ai remarqué une heure la prise de rendez-vous sur le site bug, même si les clients a déjà un compte. Mais à part ça, c’est un superbe site, dommage qu’il est pas relis directement avec Instagram et TikTok.
