This app was great with my old 8plus iPhone but I have a 15promax iPhone now and I find I have to constantly remove the app and then redownload it as the app freezes and won’t let me connect to the diffuser ……I think the app needs updating!!!

We set the alarm to 8am AEST and alarm went off 3am 😆😆😆 definitely something we won’t be using on the app. Would be great if this can be fixed. Very basic app!! Help would be great explaining what some of the setting are for.

I have been automating my home bit by bit.  I bought my daughter a diffuser and she set it up, connected it to iaroma and then we discovered that the app does not support multiple devices! If she’s controlling hers I cannot get my app to open. and her machine would begin this stop start annoying routine if I controlled it.  We have had to delete the app and control it manually witch takes away from some of the essential functionality I purchased this expensive thing for.  I am very disappointed and even more so for the fact that I can’t get “smart”diffusers for the whole house as I planned.😒

I wish I had read the reviews also, can not adjust time on as I can’t even see the time. The scroll doesn’t work so you can never set a time on. Also the time alarm goes off when set is not the right time and there is no way to adjust the time. Good product but terrible app functionality

Wish I had known about this before purchasing the machine. 
Please add instructions for the app itself. It is not self explanatory. Can’t even work out how I made it change colour of the light automatically. 
It also says it has alarm... but where?!

Can’t play music. Why offer and make the customer pay for this feature when you aren’t addressing the feedback that there are problems. It should be taken off the shelf until resolved.

The idea is fantastic but, I went to the mist timer function and the clock doesn’t appear so you scroll up and down and hit sure and hope the time that you want appears, also the colour change is cool but you can’t set it to any type of function like the fade in and out is brilliant but that’s not an option on the app, just a default when you first turn it on. 

If the app designers can address these issues you will have a fantastic product otherwise it’s just another expensive eBay special type thing.

This app is absolutely horrific. I’ve only been able to get it to connect to the diffuser once. Thankfully you don’t need the all to get the diffuser to work but it seems like there are options you’re unable to control without the app. Really not happy for the money spent on this product.

For a product that is marketed as having Bluetooth connection to manage the device, having an app that simply doesn’t work is outrageous. 
How can it be legal to sell a Bluetooth-managed vaporiser that relies on a faulty app?

Okay so based off the reviews for this app, this review/feedback will most likely go absolutely nowhere. It’s pretty clear that the Oil Garden itself is a fantastic, local Aussie company born out of Byron Bay. Awesome, no issues there. Love to support our own.
The app for the diffuser, however, is like if you hired an Uber, the Uber shows up and hits a tree and the guy driving it is clearly drunk and you can’t understand what he’s saying but you decide to get in because you haven’t really got another option (just go with me on this) for getting home.
It’s buggy. The English is broken and makes no sense half the time. It’s missing some features and certain other features are flat out broken (try setting a custom time for the diffuser to begin. I dare you).
The development for this app was clearly outsourced to some random Chinese software developer that appears to be based out of some basement run by a couple of primary school students. In fact, by downloading it and agreeing to the T&C’s, I’ve most likely allowed the CCP to use my phone’s camera and microphone to plan their inevitable invasion of Darwin. 
Oh and the Music/Alarm features they advertised for the app? Don’t bother. You have to pre-load individual downloaded music, which in 2022 is a joke (no Spotify/Apple music here buckaroo)and when I tried setting an alarm, it went off and I thought a bomb had exploded in my room with how loud it was. 
In any case, it’s bad. It’s really bad. And the fact that a lot of my concerns have been brought up in reviews from a couple of years ago and clearly haven’t been addressed leads me to believe that it’s not going to get any better.
Download it to turn it on and off and to change the pretty colours, but don’t expect much else from it.

Other peoples music plays through the defuser at all hours there isn’t any way to shut them out. Loved it till I found out this happens.

The difusser/humidifier is friggin awesome, loved it even without the app. But then when you find out there is an app you of course want to use all the functions. Can anyone explain to me what “work mode” is? In mist settings? There’s no info on how to use it and most of the features don’t work anyway. Terrible reflection on what seems to be an awesome, local company. I hope they can invest some money into fixing it so this product can dominate the market.
UPDATE: 2 years later still having the same issues with the app. I contacted the company who happily sent me a new unit though deleted app and reconnected. I just want to set a timer to turn it on before I get home from work and the “time” is stuck on the current time and I can’t change it. Just a nightmare

I was sceptical at first after reading all bad reviews that the music not working. That’s was not true. Tried connecting with Bluetooth directly and play music on Spotify. Not connecting through the app for the music. 

So happy with this IAroma. ❤️

This app is simple and fit for purpose.  It’s super responsive, which is handy when you want to change the level of mist or the colour/s with minimal fuss.   A couple of things would benefit with some very slight improvement but it does what it needs to when it needs to. 
I don’t know how anyone uses the diffuser without this app, I spill water just by pressing one button!

The app works fine now. I also had a bit of issue with music when I first downloaded it but it seems to be ok as you need to your Bluetooth to connect to iAroma and iAroma_ble. The _ble is the one that allows you to play music from your phone. 
One suggestion I probably would suggest is to have some instructions on the App about how the device works. What is the mist used for etc, after all the device is designed to help with air quality in a room especially for people with sinus or breathing issues or asthma (from my understating anyway). Maybe a simple instruction booklet in PDF from Oil Garden on the app will be helpful. Overall the app works well but just needing to figure out how everything works by self trial and error. Hopefully the developer can help improve a bit more. Thanks.

Great apart from it randomly turns on by itself…I have the timer settings set for PM but it turns on by itself in the morning not even at the time the timer is set in the evening (eg: timer set for 7pm…turns itself on at 7.55am)…also would be good if you could set it to how much mist comes out rather than it just defaulting to high

The device is great!
The app needs more work. 
It seems unfinished. What is the ‘possession’ setting for on the countdown timer? The time scheduling does not appear to work - I can’t adjust a time to start.
What are the 2 selection buttons at “work mode” for?? 
Can the next update please include music from Spotify?
Can there be a setting for active colour changing so it cycles through the colour spectrum by smooth or distinct transitions?
So much more potential! Please take this as constructive criticism.

I was loving the app specially cause I could control everything from my room as the vaporiser is at my baby girl nursery. I specially loved the light feature as it was so handy. But 2 days ago I updated my phone and the app doesn’t work anymore. Please update the app so that it keeps working as usual.
