I have emailed, and called. When I email they tell me they can login and but doesn’t work when I try. When I login it says my email is not registered, then when I try to sign up it says my email is already used. When I try to reset the login, it says the email can’t be found. Such a disappointment. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2022-08-06* This app does not work. After your ID none of the actual offers appear and there’s absolutely no way to see what they are trying to offer. ### 1/5 — Yikes *2022-04-09* The only real use for this app is getting the IATA number. Offers are really bad or don’t show up properly in the app. How about linking to all the suppliers that provide IATA discounts? E.g., Disney, Cruise lines, resort chains, etc.? I have no idea how this is rated 4.5 stars. I can’t find one written review over 3 stars. ### 1/5 — Simply awful *2022-03-19* There is almost no content in this “app”. It is a total joke. The only good thing is the pic of your IATA card and I literally could have just taken a pic myself and stored it in Photos. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2022-03-05* So frustrating! Have updated app, uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone and still can’t log in. I’ve submitted help requests that have not been answered. I have tried over and over. When I submit a help ticket no one responds. When I reset my password it accepts my temp password the app asks that I reset my temp password so when I do it won’t accept the new password! It’s beyond frustrating.
