The app won’t allow me to sign in keeps saying it can’t connect to network. Can an update be issued?

The app requires you to sign in using the original IB app and then asks you to work between both apps. Lastly, the app requires you to manually input your card number (or take a picture). I feel all of the information should automatically populate after signing in to the original IB app. I didn’t continue with signing up because it was too cumbersome.

This app is great for limiting scammer's access to my card. I’m grateful to be able to completely shut my card off, or specify which type of expenditures should be permitted.

I just want to say that I suggested this to Industrial bank SEVERAL times. After I seen Bank of America had it,  and now look! Your welcome and thanks for listening to my suggestions.
